As announced a mere ten days ago by Disneyland, the Village Haus restaurant in Fantasyland has already been transformed into a “Beauty and the Beast”-theme eatery called the Red Rose Taverne, complete with a new menu (including the ever-popular Grey Stuff) plus entirely redesigned decor that replaces the usual “Pinocchio”-inspired atmosphere with Belle, Gaston, Cogsworth, Lumiere, and Mrs. Potts.
Take a look at the French-style decorations, with nods to Gaston’s Tavern, the Beast’s enchanted castle, and Belle’s provincial little town.

Next door to the Red Rose Taverne, Disneyland also opened a new “Beauty and the Beast” shop called Royal Reception that offers guests the opportunity to purchase merchandise from both the original animated Disney classic and the new live-action reimagining of the classic tale.

The Red Rose Taverne restaurant and Royal Reception shop are open now at Disneyland, but only for a limited time in celebration of the new movie, so be sure to visit the park soon if you want to check them out. We’ve also heard Gaston and the Beast have both been spotted wandering around Fantasyland in addition to the regular Belle meet-and-greets in Fantasy Faire.
