| Getting to Universal from Disney |

We're planning a trip to WDW in January. With the opening of Harry Potter, we'll also be doing a day at Universal (first time).
I'd prefer to stay on Disney property, use Magic Express, etc. However, how can we get to Universal for the day? I can't imagine there are shuttles, but is a cab the only option?
In case it matters, we'll likely have 4 adults and 2 kids (8 and 4).

I think your best option would be to rent a car for the day from the rental place by the MK Hess. A cab is pretty expensive, it's over a 15 minute interstate drive. Unfortunately a cab and a rental are your only two options.

A long time ago (10 years?) I used Happy Limo to get to from MCO to WDW (pre magical express) because I wanted to stop at the grocery store on the way to WDW. It was a full sized van with three rows of seats. Pricing for that was competitive with the old Mears shuttle route so this may be your best bet.

Another option would be Lynx bus system. You'll have to change busses two or three times, but it's cheap.
