When Disney California Adventure’s Twilight Zone Tower of Terror disappeared forever last year, theme park fans were forced to say goodbye to the incredibly detailed and evocative interior decoration of the Hollywood Tower Hotel. But now, thanks to the Remembering Disneyland auction at Van Eaton Galleries in Sherman Oaks, California, those fans can take parts of the Tower of Terror home with them.

While we’ve covered Disney theme park auction exhibits at Van Eaton Galleries in the past, none of them have featured this exhaustive a collection of props from one particular attraction. And considering how recently this popular ride shut down, it’s pretty amazing to have the opportunity to see some of these pieces up close, let alone to potentially purchase and own.

WATCH AUCTION EXHIBIT PART 1:

In the “Part 1” video above, we see the first room of the exhibit, stocked with some very impressive Disneyland memorabilia and decor straight from the parks, but in “Part 2” below we get a great look at the bulk of the Tower of Terror collection– including the massive room key cabinet, lobby fireplace gate, exit signs, lighting apparatuses, TV set frames, and even the lobby elevator floor indicator.

Any Disney theme park fanatics who miss The Twilight Zone Tower at Disneyland Resort owe it to themselves to visit the Van Eaton Galleries to check out these items in person one last time, or point your browser to the gallery’s official website to peruse the online catalog for the Remembering Disneyland auction, which wraps up on Saturday, December 16th.
