And for the holidays, the park has continued with serving foreign delights that will put any guest in the Christmas spirit. This year, the celebration will be offering foods from over 15 Holiday Kitchens, each serving cuisine found around the world during the holiday time.

Gregg Hannon, Culinary Director of Epcot, recently discussed some of the new offerings to the holiday festival. He also touched on the new Cookie Nook, which features seven different cookies.

The festival includes a massive amount of new foods, but here is a look at some of the foods found at 5 of the 15 Holiday Kitchens.

Found at the Bavaria Holiday Kitchen in the Germany Pavilion, the Cheese Fondue is served in a bread bowl with fresh steamed baby vegetables and marble potatoes featuring Melissa’s Produce. This dish is delightful as the fondue is nice and creamy and the serving size is just enough to evenly dip all of its paired veggies.

Over in the Yukon Holiday Kitchen in Canada is where guests can enjoy the Seared Salmon, which comes with Crown Royal maple whiskey glaze, parsnip silk, apple chutney and hazelnut croquant. This salmon is seared to perfection and is full of flavor from the Crown Royal maple whiskey glaze.

Also found at the Yukon Holiday Kitchen is the Traditional French Canadian Tourtiere with Canadian Ketchup. This little delight is full of delicious meat that is seasoned nicely. What makes the dish even more delicious is the fact that it comes inside a sweet and flaky shell.

The American Holiday Table, found at The American Adventure offers the Slow Roasted Turkey, which comes with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans and cranberry sauce. For those who love a traditional turkey, you definitely want to check this out. This dish is the culmination of everyone’s favorites found in a Thanksgiving feast!

Feast of Three Kings, located in the Showcase Plaza offers the Roasted Pork, served with smashed yuca and pickled green bananas. This pork is extremely tender and when served with the sweet pickled green bananas makes for a flavorful and delicious dish.

The Cookie Nook, found in the Odyssey center is where guests can divulge in everyone’s favorite sweet: cookies. Guests can enjoy the following cookies:

  • Snowflake Sugar Cookie
  • Snickerdoodle Cookie
  • Double Chocolate Peppermint Cookie
  • Gingersnap Cookie – with cream cheese icing and cranberry jam
  • Decorated Gingerbread Cookie
