In anticipation of the upcoming Disney-Pixar film “Coco,” Disney California Adventure park has a new way to celebrate the bonds of family.

Plaza de la Familia in Paradise Gardens features “A Musical Celebration of Coco” with storytelling and original songs from the film in a performance of music and dance. Three of the movie’s songs are brought to life by signing host Mateo, an ensemble of Folklórico dancers, and the Grammy-winning Mariachi Divas. “A Musical Celebration of Coco” is performed daily.

In addition, guests can enjoy authentic Mariachi music on the Paradise Gardens Bandstand, The World of Coco exhibit, a Tree of Life interactive photo location, and a tasty menu of Mexican foods. The entire celebration is inspired by Día de los Muertos, which honors loved ones who have passed away and those bonds that last forever.

Plaza de la Familia takes place from September 15 – November 2. You can catch “Coco” in theaters in 3D starting November 22.
