Epcot International Festival of the Holidays announced for Walt Disney World, renaming “Holidays Around the World”

This winter, Epcot’s Holidays Around the World is transforming into Epcot International Festival of the Holidays.

During the festival, guests experience the holiday traditions of the 11 World Showcase nations and become surrounded by the seasonal sights, sounds, and celebrations of other cultures. The event features live musical productions, seasonal food and beverages, and costumed performers throughout World Showcase.

At Holiday Kitchens, visitors can look forward to different marketplaces offering delicious fare:

  • American Holiday Table – From the tender roast turkey to the tasty pork tenderloin, memories of grandma’s kitchen will come flooding back when you visit this salute to the great flavors of America
  • Feast of the Three Kings – Dine like royalty as you enjoy scrumptious foods and delicious drinks from the Caribbean at this holiday kiosk inspired by the story of the Magi. While you nibble, learn about the celebration of Three Kings’ Day, El Día De Los Reyes Magos!
  • Holiday Sweets and Treats – From decadent desserts to savory snacks and merry libations, you’ll be in full swing of the season at this festively-appointed holiday kiosk. Enjoy the view here at Showcase Plaza, meet up with friends or just take a moment to unwind
  • Mexico – Watch mariachi dancers celebrating a Feliz Navidad, while imbibing on the zippy spices of Mexican cuisine. The carnitas tacos and horchata margaritas will have you singing, “olé!”

During Chip & Dale’s Christmas Tree Spree, the duo need help collecting ornaments for their tree. Purchase a map for $6.99 and be on the lookout for Chip and Dale as you travel through World Showcase to add corresponding ornaments to the map. When completed, bring it to Disney Traders to exchange for a festive holiday gift. Maps are available to purchase at Pin Central, Disney Traders and World Traveler at International Gateway.

In addition, the popular Candlelight Processional, IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth, and JOYFUL! A Gospel Celebration of the Season delight guests with holiday cheer.

Epcot International Festival of the Holidays takes place from November 19 – December 30.
