Google’s work with virtual reality has been well documented. Their Cardboard VR and Daydream have been some of the most popular virtual reality products on the market. Last week, they improvedĀ those products even moreĀ as they made their educational Google Expeditions program available to the public.
Google Expedition has previously only been available to education markets, putting students in the middle of 360-degree photos of places of historical significance. Now, you don’t have to be a student to visit these iconic places.
WATCH an introduction to Google Expeditions:
This incredible educational program is available through the Expeditions App, but it is currently only available on Android phones. An iOS version of the app is currently in the works.
