Star Tours ride to add new “The Last Jedi” planet at Disney theme parks

Sleek, futuristic ships soar above a pristine white expanse in an epic attraction moment, their glowing red trails streaking past rugged cliffs that create a backdrop worthy of a Star Wars Celebration reveal or the cinematic spectacle of The Last Jedi—capturing the energy and scale fans expect from immersive theme park experiences.

Disney has just announced during their Star Wars Celebration panel that a new planet will be added to the “Star Tours: The Adventure Continues” attraction at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Disneyland Park.

The latest addition to the attraction will be pulled from the upcoming movie “The Last Jedi,” the planet of Crait.

Just yesterday, we got our first look at the planet of Crait when “The Last Jedi” teaser trailer was released. It showcased a desolate-looking planet of rock and sand.
