Get 50% off DisneyQuest evening tickets to Walt Disney World’s “indoor theme park” before it closes forever

It’s the last leg of the race for DisneyQuest at Disney Springs. The large gaming facility will be closing this summer on July 3 to make way for the NBA Experience. However, DisneyQuest is offering guests a little something special before it disappears forever. This weekend, one-day tickets to DisneyQuest are 50% off after 5pm. The discount runs through March 19, so you have to act fast to take advantage of it.

The closure of the interactive gaming center was announced years ago, but it was reaffirmed earlier this year that 2017 would actually be the year that the doors close on DisneyQuest. It’s a bit hard to see it go because it has been a fixture of Disney Springs (formerly known as Downtown Disney) for nearly 20 years. However, the establishment has been declining in attendance for decades, and it is easy to see why Disney wants to make way for something that may have more draw.

The NBA Experience, which will be replacing DisneyQuest, is described as unique basketball-themed experience with hands-on activities for all ages in addition to serving as restaurant and retail store for NBA merchandise. Will it find an audience in Disney Springs? Give us your thoughts in the comments below.

i wished they just updated it with modern vr technology isntead of replacing it with something that belongs in the espn sports complex

NBA basketball has no place at Disney Springs. Bring in something Disney oriented.

I understand DisneyQuests decline. Home technology surpasses or meets consumer grade, happened in arcades across America for decades. Now the “NBA experience” really will be a more of the same just specifically themed. There are enough restaurants in Disney springs that I hardly can believe an NBA restaurant will stand out. Also they have an ESPN one in boardwalk which I believe isn’t doing all that well so……
