Families looking for another way to celebrate Halloween should definitely check out Brick-or-Treat over at LEGOLAND Florida, which is being held every weekend this month including October 31.

Included with general admission, the park features a scavenger hunt, special activities, meet-and-greet with some of your favorite spooky LEGO characters and of course trick-or-treating along a special “brick or treat” trail.

The special meet-and-greet locations are available throughout the day, with opportunities to meet The Vampyre, The Witch, and The Mummy among others. Guests can also participate in a LEGO Sweet Treat Scavenger Hunt where you’ll need to spot candy signs sprinkled throughout the park for a chance to win some sweet LEGO prizes. Speaking of LEGO, kids will also definitely want to take part in special brick building opportunities including adding your special touch to a giant LEGO mosaic, a LEGO “meet and build” with a Master Model Builder and more.

Children with costumes can also participate in a special Creepy, Crawly Costume Parade held throughout the day for different age ranges and everyone who joins in on the fun gets a special gift.

My family enjoyed the attention to detail throughout the park for Brick-or-Treat and it was an enjoyable experience just to spot the many Halloween decorations installed around the theme park.

To make the night even more special, LEGOLAND invited us to the Brick-or-Treat VIP Experience, which offers a great upgrade value with a special dance party, all-you-can buffet with hot dogs, salad and gourmet mac-and-cheese as well as exclusive activities, including some fun dessert decorating and complimentary face painting. And don’t forget the trick-or-treating either, where we were literally given handfuls and handfuls of candy in special LEGO Halloween bags after we wrapped up dinner and the dance party.

VIP guests also enjoy premium seating to enjoy the special LEGO “spooktacular” fireworks show and then a special LEGO build session with a Master Model Builder (we created some fun spiders that my kids LOVED playing with afterwards). The night ended with perhaps the most fun event of all, a special flashlight tour throughout Miniland USA with a Master Model Builder in which the kids hunted around for special Halloween-inspired additions to the area as we were told some spooky tales along with some amusing trivia.

An army of staffers paid special attention to the VIP guests throughout the night, making sure that we were taken care of and that all of our needs were being met, which truly enhanced the entire experience. The price for the Brick-or-Treat VIP Experience is $95 for each guest, or $85.50 if you have an annual pass. Park admission and parking are not included and must be purchased separately.

Visit LEGOLAND Florida Resort’s official site for more info on the VIP Experience and Brick-or-Treat.
