Angela Lansbury is a legend in Disney fans eyes and her voice role as Mrs. Potts in the classic movie Beauty and the Beast is one we will never forget.
On Sunday night the 90-year-old actress made Disney fans extremely excited by not just showing up to a Beauty and the Beast 25th anniversary screening at New York City’s Alice Tully Hall, but also singing the movie’s memorable titular song live. The performance truly cements that the movie still remains a “tale as old as time”. Legendary composer Alan Menken joined Lansbury on piano and as soon as the duo started there wasn’t a dry eye in the audience.

The rest of the voice cast including Paige O’Hara, Robby Benson and Richard White also made an appearance, answering questions about working on the iconic Disney film.
I dare you to watch this incredible performance and not get a little teary-eyed.
