The popular Flying Fish restaurant on Disney’s Boardwalk at Walt Disney World resort will be taking reservations beginning tomorrow, July 29, after a comprehensive re-imagining featuring a new menu and interior.
According to the Disney Parks Blog, the entire interior which includes the on-stage kitchen has been redesigned and anĀ all-new menu will be offered.
The menu still retains its seafood theme, of course, but features all-new selections using entirely sustainable fish and shellfish from Chef Tim Majoras including corn-encrusted wild Gulf shrimp, yellowfin tuna, wild Alaskan king salmon and plancha-seared Hokkaido scallops. There’s also Wagyu filet mignon, Kurobuta pork belly, free-range chicken and bison strip loin to mix things up a bit. A new wine list features almost 80 selections as well.
Reservations open tomorrow for dates beginning August 3. For reservations, visit DisneyWorld.com/dine or call 407-WDW-DINE.
