A new restaurant is opening at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World today. Rick Bayless’ Frontera Cocina is an authentic Mexican cuisine restaurant located in the new Town Center section of Disney Springs. The menu will feature such goodies such as tacos, salads, Red Chile Chicken Enchiladas, fresh guacamole, Mexican braised beef entrees and plenty of margaritas.
Chef Rick Bayless is a winner of “Top Chef Masters” and host of National Public Television’s “Mexico – One Plate at a Time” and will surely bring some new distinctive flavors to Disney Springs. The restaurant features a lovely outside waterside patio and also a walk-up window for a quick snack grab.
