Ample Hills Creamery coming soon to Disney’s BoardWalk Inn & Villas, Walt Disney World

Gentlemen (and ladies), start your spoons. With the news that Ample Hills Creamery is opening up their first shop outside of New York City and setting up shop at Disney’s BoardWalk soon, I know where I’ll be when I need to escape the heat at Walt Disney World!

I haven’t had the pleasure yet to try any of their flavors, but from the looks of the creations made by these Brooklyn-based artisan ice cream makers, I think I’m going to like this place. A lot. Flavors like Snap Mallow Pop, Sweet As Honey, Peppermint Pattie, and Chocolate Milk & Cookies are just begging to be sampled when they open their doors this spring. Disney Parks Blog is also spilling the (vanilla) beans that they’re even developing a special exclusive flavor just for Walt Disney World.

The new creamery will be located on Disney’s BoardWalk, overlooking Crescent Lake—a short walk from Epcot and a relaxing boat ride from Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Guests will be able to peek into the promenade-facing kitchen windows, where ice cream and mix-ins will be handcrafted the old-fashioned way.

Yum! I can’t wait to try it and I know you won’t. See you there!
