On January 16, Disney’s Hollywood Studios kicked off their first night of the new dining event “Club Villain”. Hosted in the new Sunset Showcase theater, which is also the location for Club Disney during the day, the event offers up some ghoulish food and drinks while you mix and mingle with the Disney Villains.

The event does require an extra ticket that will set you back $99 (gratuity and tax included), but if you are looking for an intimate character experience this may just be the perfect event for you.
The party is offered twice each Saturday evening and we checked out the later seating at 9:15pm. At check-in, you are served champagne and also receive your table card that includes a set time for your meet and greet with the Disney Villains. The four Disney Villains you can meet with at this party are: Cruella de Vil, Maleficent, Queen of Hearts and the Evil Queen.
At the event you will be served delicious food and treat such as tender beef striploin rubbed with herbes de Provence, Voodoo sticky “pig wings” with citrus gremolata and spicy shrimp sautéed with Andouille sausage, tomato, okra and onions over creamy polenta. There is also an open bar that serves up four specialty cocktail drinks all themed to the Disney Villains.
Of course there is also plenty of delectable desserts on display for you to both enjoy and marvel at. Whether its Cruella themed tarts or Queen of Hearts macarons I’m sure you will find something pleasing your sweet tooth.
Though the food and drinks at the event was amazing, the main event is of course the Disney Villains. If you are a Disney character fan this event has a lot to offer. To begin with the event offers up some incredible photo opportunities with themed backdrops for each villain. Take a seat in the Evil Queen’s throne or take a selfie with Maleficent’s raven, all possible at this event. Disney spared no expense in making these backdrops and hidden details can be find everywhere.
Each table gets an assigned time to meet and greet with the characters and throughout the evening we never had to wait more than 5 minutes to meet each Disney Villain.
Last but not least, all throughout the evening Dr. Facilier and his co-host Kanzo put on an amazing show of great villainous tunes and dancing ladies.
