Walt Disney World introduces new Annual Passholder program, prices for parking rise

Its that time of year again when Disney is playing around with the pricing and structure of some of our ticket options, namely their Annual Passholder program. For Walt Disney World there will be major changes starting today, both in available ticket offerings and pricing.

For Walt Disney World they are introducing a new annual passholder system. Gone are premium and deluxe passes and now instead we have Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Plus. All passes now includes parking and goes in effect today Oct 4th 2015.

Only two passes are now available for non-Florida residents.

*Disney Platinum Plus Pass:

New: $829 + tax

Florida Residents and DVC Members $729 + tax.

Platinum Plus Pass Includes: Parking, park hopping, no blockout dates, Photopass, admission to all 4 parks, water parks, Oak Trail Gold and ESPN Wide World of Sports

*Disney Platinum Pass
New: $749 + tax

Florida Residents and DVC Members $649 + tax.

Platinum Pass Includes: Parking, park hopping, no blockout dates, Photopass, admission to all 4 parks

For Florida residents Disney is offering:

Disney Gold Pass:
New: Florida Residents and DVC Members $549 + tax.

Gold Pass Includes: Parking, park hopping, Photopass, admission to all 4 parks, Block Out Dates: December 17–31, 2015; January 1, 2016; March 19–April 1, 2016; December 16–31, 2016; January 1–2, 2017.

Disney Silver Pass:
New: Florida Residents $389 + tax.

Silver Pass Includes: Parking, park hopping, Photopass, admission to all 4 parks, Block Out Dates: December 17–31, 2015; January 1, 2016; March 19–April 1, 2016; June 6–August 11, 2016; December 16–31, 2016; January 1–2, 2017.

Disney Weekday Select Pass:
New: $259 + tax.

Weekday Select Pass Includes: Parking, park hopping, Photopass, admission to all 4 parks, Block Out Dates: No Saturday or Sunday admission; December 17–31, 2015; January 1, 2016;: March 19–April 1, 2016; June 6–August 11, 2016; December 16–31, 2016; January 1–2, 2017.

Epcot After 4 Pass:
New: Florida Resident $249 + tax.

Epcot After 4 Pass Includes: Parking, Admission to Epcot only

Two other changes to the Walt Disney World resort is that parking will now cost you $20 an valet $25. The Tables in Wonderland dining discount card will also cost you a bit more now: $150 for Annual Passholders and $175 for Florida Residents.
