The popular Pirates of the Caribbean ride at Magic Kingdom has been down for some maintenance work for quite a while. This week it made its grand return with some lovely upgrades and polished new feeling. Lights, special effects and smells inside the ride have all been updated to give it a fresh new look. Even the well known audio animatronic figures like Jack Sparrow and the Redhead got fitted with new costumes to make them come alive again. Captain Barbossa himself actually got a whole new outfit from one of the newer movies.
So get yourself over to Magic Kingdom and reacquaint yourself with a Disney classic attraction.
