There’s no doubting Disneyland is the current king of nighttime spectaculars.

For the park’s 60th anniversary, the new Disneyland Forever fireworks show debuted tonight, leaving every viewer completely dazzled by the pyrotechnic display. But the show features much more than just bursts in the sky, combining beautiful new music from Richard Sherman with colorful dancing projections across both Main Street USA and Sleeping Beauty Castle along with many more special effects.

Watch the full show in the video below:

Featuring a perfect mix of tributes with a bit of animation-driven comedy and upbeat entertainment, Disneyland Forever packs in the full range of emotions, leaving guests stunned when it ends. It’s sensory overload in the best way as honeycombs, bubbles, and dancing monkeys (to name a few) fill Main Street USA buildings, snow falls from overhead, flames erupt around Sleeping Beauty Castle, and Nemo swims through the sky – all while beautiful fireworks explode. There’s exactly too much to look at, requiring multiple visits to take it all in… and that’s even ignoring the fact that different projections are shown on the Fantasmic fountains, Matterhorn mountain, and It’s a Small World facade too.

It’s worth sticking around after the show ends too to hear Richard Sherman’s new “Kiss Goodnight” song performed beautifully:

Disneyland Forever will surely be performed well past the end of the 60th anniversary celebration, which currently has no end date announced. Redefining the nighttime spectacular, this new fireworks show will no doubt live up to its name and stick around the park, delighting onlookers for many years to come.
