Tomorrow is the first day Epcot guests can experience the new “Tomorrowland” sneak peek at the previous location of the Captain EO attraction. This is the first time a sneak peek has been offered at Epcot in Walt Disney World.

Today it soft opened with an annual passholder preview and it already looks like this movie will be a hit if you go by the audience reaction. The 12-minute long preview look of the movie also comes with the added touch of extra effects inside the theaters. Wind, movement and lighting adds an extra thrill to an already exciting clip showcasing some of the mysterious connections the movie has to the 1962 World’s Fair and the attraction It’s a Small World. In the queue and pre-show room you will find artwork and a jet pack prop used in the film. The preview will be shown at Epcot until May 24.

“Tomorrowland,” a riveting mystery adventure starring Academy Award® winner George Clooney, tells the story of former boy-genius Frank (Clooney), jaded by disillusionment, and Casey (Britt Robertson), a bright, optimistic teen bursting with scientific curiosity, who are bound by a shared destiny and embark on a danger-filled mission to unearth the secrets of an enigmatic place somewhere in time and space known only as “Tomorrowland.” What they must do there changes the world—and them—forever.
