Tonight Busch Gardens Tampa transforms into Howl-O-Scream 2013. In honor of this spookiest of years, the theme park has created not just one, but thirteen different icons to represent the event, simply dubbed The 13.
They are he Possessed, The Torturer, The Hunter, The Butcher, The Banshee, Voodoo Queen, The Sugeon, The Demon, The Zombie, The Cannibal, The Psychopath, The Hangman, and The Clown – all lurking in their own scare zone and throughout a few new haunted houses, ready to bring maximum terror to Tampa.
The video below offers a preview of The 13 scare zone, including screaming, drooling, flipping, and frightening sights.

Two new haunted houses this year will debut at Howl-O-Scream 2013 this evening: Death Water Bayou and The Basement, adding to last year’s addition of Circus of Superstition of 3D. Take a peek inside all three of these experiences in the video below.

For a closer encounter with one of these new mazes, we sent voodoo victim Jeremiah Good (not to be confused with our regular reporter Jeremiah Daws) into Death Water Bayou strapped to the Scream Cam, an annual tradition at Busch Gardens Tampa. Sadly I couldn’t personally make it this year, but Jeremiah’s reactions are no less entertaining than my own.
