This week Walt Disney World is inviting press and guests from all over the globe to the grand opening and dedication of some of their biggest and most exciting projects. The New Fantasyland expansion of the Magic Kingdom will be officially opening on Thursday, Dec. 6 followed by the grand opening of the new Test Track at Epcot. Then on Friday, attending media will have a chance to preview Splitsville, the new bowling alley and restaurant at Downtown Disney, opening later this month.
We’ll be covering all the big grand opening events this week at Walt Disney World. As always, we’ll be posting live updates to Twitter and Facebook as well as videos on our YouTube channel and full reports right here on InsideTheMagic.net.

Amidst all of that, we’ll also be interviewing some of the Imagineers behind these new experiences as well as sharing plenty of live photos throughout the week.
Of all of the grand opening events, only the New Fantasyland dedication at Cinderella castle on Thursday morning may be attended by guests. For the rest, you’ll have to virtually join us online as we cover the special occasions!
