Scrooge McDuck was indeed there too. In fact, he became the 10,000th customer of the Yum Yum Cupcake truck, posing here with one of its owners.
Keeping with the duck theme, the terror the flaps in the night, Darkwing Duck, was also in attendance, posing in front of a Lamborghini from the new Exotic Driving Experience at the Walt Disney World Speedway.

Pilot to both Scrooge McDuck and Darkwing Duck, Launchpad McQuack crashed the party too.
Mary Poppins ,Bert, and penguins aren't rare at Disneyland, but appear far less often out here in Orlando.
