With Halloween season rapidly approaching, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay has revealed on their web site the best look at what frights guests can expect to find at Howl-O-Scream 2011. An eye-ball infested garden prominently features a decrepit woman, not looking to thrilled that anyone is trespassing anywhere near her.
Here’s a closer look:
Unlike previous years, it’s been said that Howl-O-Scream 2011 will not have one “icon” character representing the whole event, though this woman does appear to be the face of the web site, at least, appearing on both the Tampa and Williamsburg versions of the event sites. Both parks will feature the same overall theme for the first time ever this year.
Coming soon to television will be this year’s commercial for Howl-O-Scream in Tampa Bay and Busch Gardens has offered a first look at one of the zombie faces of that ad as well:
Beyond an Edgar Allen Poe-based haunted house, something to do with vampires and Las Vegas, and the return of an “Alone”-style house, the specifics of Howl-O-Scream 2011 in Tampa are still a mystery, likely to be fully revealed soon. The horror begins on September 23.
