Tinker Bell and her fairy friends found their way back into the Magic Kingdom this weekend, with Tinker Bell’s Magical Nook officially opening in Adventureland, offering guests a chance to meet the pixies and get photos and autographs. The Disney Fairies were formerly found in Mickey’s Toontown Fair, but left when that land closed permanently to make way for Storybook Circus, opening next year. After a brief stint at Epcot, the fairies have returned to the most magical park of all, in a familiar setting.
While it’s technically not Pixie Hollow, Tinker Bell’s Magical Nook looks a whole lot like their former Toontown meet-and-greet spot. Inside, guests are shrunken down and transported to this special nook where fairies can talk (not just “tink”). Take a tour around the new meet-and-greet:

Guests will find the entrance to Tinker Bell’s Magical Nook on the right just after passing over the Adventureland bridge, before Aloha Isle.
Inside the first room, a small winding queue moves rather quickly, while guests are entertained by a single wall lined with pixie artwork and one large magical portrait, which occasionally comes alive with clips from Disney Fairies films. The posted wait time of 25 minutes was quite accurate.
Around the corner is the Magical Nook itself, which guests enter through a glittering leafy opening. Two Disney Fairies are found inside. When I entered today, it was Vidia first, then Tinker Bell, but Silvermist, Rosetta, Iridessa, and Fawn will pop in from time to time as well.
Guests are not hurried through the experience, thankfully, allowing time to converse with the fairies before snapping a photo, getting and autograph, and moving on. It’s a solid 5-10 minute experience that will leave no Disney Fairies fan disappointed.
And while the Disney Princesses will be be getting a new home as part of the New Fantasyland expansion, the Fairies will remain in Adventureland, with Tinker Bell’s Magical Nook as their new permanent home.
