For a brief moment today, the official Disney Parks Blog posted a first look at the new theme park character version of Lots-o’-Huggin’ Bear (aka “Lotso”) from Toy Story 3.
The original article (formerly located here) was pulled shortly after it was posted. It also included a video of Lotso which, unfortunately, we did not see before it was taken down. We can only assume that it will return soon!

Lotso will begin meeting and greeting with guests on May 9 at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and at Disney’s California Adventure theme parks.
Update (5/9/10): The schedule for Lotso’s appearance times at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and 3:45 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Lotso will also appear in the “Block Party Bash” at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and “Disney’s Pixar Play Parade” at Disney’s California Adventure. Many guests have spotted Lotso plushes for sale in and around Disney parks as well – and they apparently smell like strawberries.

The cool people just call him Lotso.
Most stuffed teddy bears are fat.
But compared to the Lotso from the Ts3 Trailers, the Character looks too fat.
He looks great, cant wait to see him in the parks.
are they going to replace him now? I’m a grown man and I don’t even want to see him!
I suppose it’s no different than seeing Jafar or Maleficent in the parks.
